Cancellation Terms

Members may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into the Member’s Area and selecting the “Cancel Membership” option. Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred.

Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once a member has logged in and accessed any content. This includes streaming or downloading any material available on the platform. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that SparkxTV provides immediate access to proprietary digital content, and as such, waives the standard right to cancellation and refund as defined under applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s regulations on digital content.
